Welcome to GHSPICE.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GHSPICE Media Group (“GHSPICE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the GHSPICE website, including all recipes, flavor guides, articles, videos, forums, and any products or services offered (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the Service immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Modifications

Your use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. This includes, but is not limited to, republishing our recipes on other commercial platforms, or using our spice knowledge base to create a competing commercial product or service.

3. User Conduct and Content

A. User-Generated Content: The Service may allow you to post comments, recipe variations, photos, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you automatically grant GHSPICE a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license. B. Prohibited Content: You agree not to post any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. You are prohibited from posting content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party or that contains any software viruses or other malicious code. C. Responsible Use: You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, impersonate any person or entity, or use the Service for any purpose that is fraudulent or deceptive. We reserve the right to remove any User Content and terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE RECIPES WILL YIELD THE DESIRED LEVEL OF HEAT OR FLAVOR.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
